I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Personal data is processed in accordance with:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (“GDPR”),

  • the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

II. OBJECTIVES AND BASICS OF DATA PROCESSING

The Controller processes personal data for the following purposes:

Contact form – handling user inquiries (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller, i.e., the ability to pursue claims).

Conclusion and performance of a contract – if cooperation is established (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

III. SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTED

Through the contact form, the Controller may process the following data:

  • First name,

  • Last name,

  • E-mail address,

  • Company name,

  • Message content.

IV. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Data from the contact form – until a response is provided, and thereafter for the period necessary to secure potential claims (as a rule, up to 3 years).

  • Data related to a contract – for the duration of the contract, and subsequently until the expiry of limitation periods for claims (as a rule, 6 years, and for periodic claims – 3 years).

  • Data processed on the basis of consent – until consent is withdrawn, and subsequently until the expiry of limitation periods for claims.

V. PROFILING

Personal data is not currently used for profiling or automated decision-making.

VI. DATA SHARING

Personal data may be shared only with entities supporting the Controller in providing services, such as:

  • hosting and IT service providers,

  • providers of legal and accounting services.

Data is stored exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Very data subject has the right to:

  • Access their data (Article 15 GDPR),

  • Rectify their data (Article 16 GDPR),

  • Erase their data (Article 17 GDPR),

  • Restrict processing (Article 18 GDPR),

  • Data portability (Article 20 GDPR),E

  • Object to processing (Article 21 GDPR),

  • Withdraw consent at any time (Article 7(3) GDPR).

The website does not currently use analytical or marketing cookies. Only essential technical cookies are applied, which enable the proper functioning of the website.
Users can manage cookies independently – by deleting or blocking them in their browser settings.

IX. SECURITY

The Controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, damage, or destruction.

X. FINAL PROVISIONS

In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law shall apply. The Controller may update this Privacy Policy, notifying users of any changes via the website.
